Thanks for your post and for trying to demo ResMania!
I have just set up several sample demo sites to check the performance and all seems fine!
I believe the best thing is to start again and create a new demo site.

= Yes, as ResMania has been built on a modular framework, it's been designed to be adaptable to other business sectors.
It would certainly be possible to offer different items to rent, such as wetsuits, regulators, tanks etc. One of the first things to consider is how you will price your rentable items - per day/ per hour etc. I believe some of the modules/plugins you might want/need are:
Categories Module
Groups Module
Extras Module
Option Type Plugin
The best thing to do is to read the information on this page about the different modules/plugins available for ResMania (looking particularly at the prices modules to see if these will be suitable, or if indeed you can bend your project to one of the available pricing modules):
resmania.com/extensions to understand better which ones may be applicable to your project.
One thing to say, at this stage ResMania does not offer the 'bundling' of items together, e.g. you might want to offer a package which includes 1x wetsuit, 1x regs, 1x tank, 1x pair fins etc. We could develop this kind of 'bundle offer' via a custom development project.
