Thank you for using our forum and for posting feedback on your experience with ResMania.

<description>Hi, I have the same described issue. The Demo site is not the latest version and neither is the referred documentation which shows v1.2.8 - and not v1.2.9

I did some &quot;digging&quot; around and found a system.log.txt file in the /RM/userdata/logs directory. It lists the following issues quite frequently:

ERR (3): Error: Mysqli statement execute error : Field 'fr_FR' doesn't have a default value

ERR (3): Error: Mysqli statement execute error : Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'column2width' at row 1

Error: Mysqli statement execute error : Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'column3width' at row 1

When installing/upgrading the Vehicle plugin I find the following Warnings in my Apache PHP Logs:

[20-Feb-2012 23:08:45 UTC] PHP Warning: rmdir(.....\RM\plugins\Vehicle\views) [function.rmdir]: Directory not empty in ......\RM\system\application\classes\RM\Extension\Manager.php on line 69

I have tried a clean install as well but no success. I checked your demo site which shows v1.2.6 but it can't be updated so I can't test it on your system.

So far all indications point to a bug - it is as if the system ignores the plugin or - due to an error (that is not shown) never processes the plugin.

I am also unable to set daily prices!

The Vehicle config.ini file lists also a dependency to Hourly Prices that is listed as a separate paid plugin. I have not found any docs on this so I am not sure if this is something mandatory or relevant.

Also, after installing the Vehicle plugin - as soon as I enable it - I get this PHP warning in my PHP error log:

PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in .....\RM\system\application\controllers\RM\Admin\PluginsController.php on line 153

One final strangeness... The system reports a version 1.1.1 upgrade but I can't find/download that separately through my account download (I mean it upgrades from the site admin interface but I can't download it here on resmania.com)</description>

            <description>Dear Amael,

Thank you for using our forum, and for your interest in our product!

If I understand correctly, you have 3 units that can be rented out separately, as 3 individual units, or together, as 1 unit, is that correct?

What I would suggest is to enter 4 units, on your backend admnistration console : one for each individual unit, and 1 for the 3 units together. This will allow you to define different prices for each unit, and also a different price if the 3 units are booked together.
You can then use the Categories module to organize the frontend display. Please, find more information here (http://docs.resmania.com/index.php?title=Categories).

I hope this helps and invite you to contact us back should you have any further questions!

Warm regards,

            <description>Goedenmorgen Nick:

Kun je me aangeven waar?

<description>There are two problems I'm encountering and may be they are related so I made them into 1 thread.

1.
When I try to update to version 1.2.9 the systems doesn't get passed &quot;upgrade file unzip&quot;
Permissions are OK when I check them with Cyberduck and the file seems to be fully downloaded.
I tried trouble shooter, but everything seems to be correct.

2.
Formdesigner won't load, here too I tried all the things in the trouble shooter, but no luck.
I did find a problem when loading all panels, but I can't find wich form is causing the problem.

            <description>Dear Kostas,

We have been re-testing the Hospitality Type plugin (latest version : 1.0.8) and Hospitality Prices module (latest version : 1.2.5) against ResMania Core 1.2.9 and the ResMania extension 1.2.6.4, and were unable to reproduce the issue you reported. We've tested with the &quot;Hospitality&quot; Form Designer panels switched on and off, as this issue could have been caused by the fact that you were using the wrong panels, but still were unable to reproduce it. We were able to select the dates, number of guests, accomodation type from the selection shadow box, then click on the &quot;Ok&quot; button, which returned the correct total.

I am therefore afraid this issue is specific to your installation. As such, it could be caused by anything. In order to pin-point the cause of the issue, we would recommend that you look at your error logs (Apache log, ResMania system log..). Should you require assistance, we'll be happy to schedule a developer to investigate on your site, after you have purchased support time from our store (https://secure.resmania.com/buy-resmania).

I hope it helps!

Warm regards,

            <description>Dear Jos,

Unfortunately, the system log does not contain useful information for our developers to identify the issue. Please, contact your hosting provider and ask them to provide you with your Apache error log. As a rule common to all hosting providers, the Apache log is available for any developer through ftp or admin panel.

Could you please also clarify what you mean by &quot;the customer has added all the products&quot;? Does &quot;products&quot; refer to ResMania additional extensions?

We will look forward to your reply.

Thank you for using our community forum.

The ResMania Search module and ResMania Cart module are included with the ResMania extension for Joomla, and installed at the same time. They are pretty basic Joomla modules, and thus have only little or no settings at all. What we would advise, is that you try re-installing the ResMania extension first (please, use the latest version 1.2.6.4 available to download from your account dashboard) and let us know how you get on with it.

Hope it helps!

            <description>Dear Roman,

Thank you for contacting us!

As you can see in the following guide : http://docs.resmania.com/index.php?title=Taxes when configuring taxes, you can select the unit/s the tax will be applied to. The tax is then applied to the unit and to the extras associated with the unit.

From what I understand, it looks like you would require different taxes to be applied to the extras, even though these are associated with the same unit.

Please, note that this is not a bug, as it was not designed to work this way. Therefore, I am moving this topic to a different section of the forum.

With reference to your request, I can suggest the following : you could use the Option Type plugin to define your extra options. This would allow you to define the extras as units, thus they would have their own pricing structure, their own taxes, etc, and could be associated with the units, just as normal extras. Please, find more information here : http://docs.resmania.com/index.php?title=Option_Unit_Type_Plugin

I hope this helps and invite you to contact us back should you have any further questions!

            <description>Paddy,

I had this same problem and spent a lot of time investigating. For me, the problem was with the price settings specific to each &quot;unit.&quot; I'm using the hourly prices module so I'm not sure if this applies to other pricing modules as well.

Try this:

1. In the Resmania navigation panel select the unit you are unable to see the price for.
2. Click the &quot;Hourly Prices&quot; tab(or whatever pricing tab applies to your situation).
3. Make sure your &quot;Last Day&quot; for each rate is NOT GREATER THAN 1 year from the &quot;First Day&quot;

So, if your &quot;First Day&quot; is 01/09/2012 your &quot;Last Day&quot; MUST be 01/08/2012 or sooner.

That did the trick for me. At first I was making my &quot;Last Day&quot; many many years in the future, but apparently you cannot do that. Seems odd that that's the case.

Hope this helps.

In reply to your question, there is no ResMania Logout button, and there is no need of one either, since, when you log in ResMania, you actually log a Joomla session. Therefore, if you need to log out for any reason, you should simply use the Joomla Logout button.

I hope this answers your question! Don't hesitate to contact us back should you have any further questions!

            <description>Dear Dan,

Sorry for the late reply.

The issue you have been experiencing is actually not an issue. The menus &quot;Plugins&quot;, &quot;Modules&quot; and &quot;System&quot; that are on the root level are not clickable. They can be expanded, and will then show sub-menus. But if you click on them, nothing is actually supposed to happen.

In order to install additional extensions, you need to expand &quot;Configuration&quot; =&gt; click on &quot;Modules&quot; or &quot;Plugins&quot; (depending on the type of extension you are installing).
Further instructions can be found here (http://docs.resmania.com/index.php?title=Module_Installation_Guide) for modules and here (http://docs.resmania.com/index.php?title=Plugin_Installation_Guide) for plugins.

Hope it helps!

            <link>http://forum.resmania.com/forum/forum/modules-and-plugins/problem-with-form-designer#2028</link>
            <description>Dear Mirko,

Thank you for contacting us.

Please, have a look at the following trouble shooting guide : http://docs.resmania.com/index.php?title=The_Form_Designer_Does_Not_Load
As it says in the document, &quot; One common issue of ResMania is the failure of the form designer to load.&quot; However, most of the time, this is due to additional extensions that add new Form Designer's panels. If these are uninstalled and the related panels are still enabled, it can cause the Form Designer not to load.

If the resolution proposed for version 1.1.x or above does not work, you can still apply the resolution proposed for versions under 1.1.0. You can also follow the instructions in the section &quot;Load All Form Panels&quot;. Enabling the Developer Mode will generally be helpful.

Hope it helps!

Warm regards,
